Dear people,
we, Clemens (36) Elsa (32) and Alex (28), are looking for someone to share our home with (not just the flat, but also our lives) because our beloved Elsa just moved to Leipzig. Our very beautiful flat is situated in Wedding. Clemens says that there is the type of people who love Wedding and the type of people who ask themselves who would live here... He lives here since 14 years, so he definitely belongs to the first type... It did not take Elsa or Alex long to agree 100%.
Our street is a quite one even though it is so close to the U8, SBahn and to the Gesundbrunnen train station, and surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets. We have a great sound system and a spacious living room with great dancing potential which we definitely use from time to time...we love having friends over for dinner, and a saturday brunch might end up in a little rave...nevertheless, we are both working full time, so during the week we are rather quite and enjoy long breakfasts (#homeoffice), visits to a lake or park and so on...
Long story short: We are looking for someone who feels like creating a cozy home with us. The room is 10 m2
and costs 250 Euro (includes even a cleaning aid ☺). The flat is big and beautiful; and we are planning to make it look even better together :)
Some info about us:
Clemens is from the northern part of Germany. After having lived in some other parts of the world, he moved to Berlin 14 years ago. He used to be a physicist; and he is now working for a Tech company. He is working from home, which he doesn't like much. Therefore, he can play his trumpet and bake a lot of sauerteig bread. He loves visiting Heideglühen and hanging out in festivals...yeah, he is quite thrilled about the next summer..
Alex moved to Berlin 2 years ago. He is an engineer who works in research at the university hospital. Right now, he is every day in the office but in the evening we all love to get a drink at the pub next door. In the free time he loves to jam around and produce Downtempo music (some people also call it Schneckno).
Also we love doing sports (yoga, running, etc.) and even established a quite irregular routine to do sports before work in the morning (We also did not see that coming...).
