This is a NON SMOKING FLAT - Please NO SMOKERS This is a Pretty New Flat still and we are looking for a CLEAN and TIDY person.

During your stay renovations will be made to the flat in the KITCHEN ( small changes to the counter top area) , BATHROOM ( 2 storages) , BALCONY(day bed. and table ) & the HOME GYM: So you will get to enjoy many new additions to the flat

The flat is on the first floor , with one flight of stairs to reach it . There is no lift so it is unfortunately not barrier free.

Das Zimmer ist vom 1st April bis zum 26 Juni 2024 verfügbar, kann aber auch länger sein.

Wie bereits erwähnt, ist es nicht möglich, eine Anmeldung zu bekommen.

Dies ist eine NICHTRAUCHERWOHNUNG - Bitte KEINE RAUCHER Dies ist eine ziemlich neue Wohnung und wir suchen eine SAUBERE und AUFGERÄUMTE Person.

Während Ihres Aufenthaltes werden Renovierungsarbeiten in der KÜCHE (kleine Änderungen an der Arbeitsfläche), im BAD (2 Abstellräume), auf dem BALKON (Tagesbett und Tisch) und im HOME GYM durchgeführt. Sie werden also viele neue Elemente in der Wohnung genießen können.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, daher ist sie leider nicht barrierefrei.

Sie können das Zimmer nach Belieben dekorieren und Dinge aufhängen, solange diese Dinge abgehängt und Löcher bis zum Ende Ihres Aufenthalts gefüllt sind (Paste zum Füllen von Löchern wird Ihnen bereits in der Wohnung zur Verfügung stehen)
