I'm looking for a new flatmate!
A room in a shared apartment with myself and another person will be available soon.
I am looking for someone who will move in starting 01.08.2022 - 31.03.2023. for a maximum of 8 months. The room is furnished with a comfy bed, a sofa chair, a working desk and an eating table.. It is spacious and very bright, especially in the morning.

- beautiful, spacious apartment with a high ceiling
- 30 m^2 for the room.
- spacious fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher + washing machine. The fridge and washing machine are only a few months old.
- large, bright bathroom with a bathtub.
- The apartment is on the 4th floor. This means that the room is very bright.
- Since I live at the top, the heaters get super warm in winter.
- WIFI Telekom Hybrid LTE with up to 100Mbit / s download and 40Mbit / s upload

Infos about me:
I am a 33 year old freelancer who works in the creative industry. I cook a lot and have my workplace (home office) and private room in the shared apartment. Every once in a while my girlfriend will visit me or I stay at her apartment.
Corona Precautions:
Everyone who lives in this apartment is fully vaccinated. You should be too!
We are very cautious and take covid-19 premeasures very seriously!
There are some rules that are important to note:
- only non-smokers please
- no pets allowed
- I rent the room only to one person, no couples please. To have a friend or partner over for a night or a weekend is no problem though.
- There will be a proper sublet contract. If you sign it, you are obliged to pay the months of the duration of your stay we agreed upon.
- I am the main tenant of the apartment. I act according to the house rules of the landlord. These rules should also be obeyed by you. Details on these rules will be handed to you during the signing of the sublet contract.
