I work full time and will be traveling over the weekend so you will enjoy privacy in the apartment. I also dont cook in the kitchen so its all yours.
There is everything you would need in the apartment: washing machine, Wi-Fi with 100 mbps, microwave, cooker with oven.

The apt has all you need. It has recently been renovated. In the room you will find a double mattress.
The apartment is almost in the downtown: it takes only 20min from the house to Alexanderplatz, 20 min to Zoologischer Garten, 20 min to Friedrichstr., 20 min to Prenzlauer Berg and Pankow
6 walking minutes to the Osloer Straße subway station (U8, U9) (or 4 min by bus).
Very calm place with no traffic.
We can also have a Skype conversation

U Bahn Osloer Str (U8, U9) in 7 walking min (or 3 min by bus)
20 min from the apartment to Alexanderplatz, Zoologischer Garten and Friedrichstraße
20 min by bus/tram to Prenzlauer Berg.

five supermarkets around the area, the biggest and my favorite one is Kaufland which is 5 walking min from the apartment
I work full time and sometimes I travel on the weekends. You wont see much of me in the apartment.
