My room in a 2er WG is available to rent between 01.05 - 20.05, the dates are flexible. The room is approximately 18 m2, gets lots of sun and has a door which opens to the garden, so you can chill in the garden as well. The flat is in Hinterhaus and the garden is quite calm and away from any street noise. The rent is for the 20 days 390€ warm. Unfortunately no possibility of Anmeldung since this is a short term offer.
The hochbett im the photos is gone, so there is more space available .
Quite near to public transport, 5 Mins to U6 Schwartzkopfstr, 8 mins to S Humboldthain, 14 mins to S+U Wedding. In the near proximity, there are Aldi, Penny and EDEKA. Beautiful Panke and Humboldthain clubs are just 10 mins away. Plus a gas station which is open 24h. Location is also quite green.
It's a queer WG and we don't tolerate any form of discrimination! We want to keep the safe environment we have in the flat. We have a cleaning schedule, we clean once every 2 weeks. One of us is vegetarian, but we tolerate any diets.
