Hallo hallo!
Im September und Oktober ist dieses wunderschöne Zimmer im Wedding zu haben. Auf knapp 18m² könnt ihr es euch dann gut gehen lassen. Bett, Schrank, Sofa und Co. bleiben alle im Zimmer und können genutzt werden. Mein Lieblingsort ist die Hochetage. Oben lädt sie zum Seele baumeln ein und darunter ist eine Menge Stauraum für all die Dinge, die man nicht täglich braucht/sehen will. :)
Die Wohnung ist erst vor zwei Jahren saniert würden und deswegen in einem super modernen Zustand. Sie hat einen großen Balkon (auf dem das Rauchen erlaubt ist), zwei Badezimmer (siehe Bilder), eine große geräumige Küche und ein offenes Ess-/Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen. Vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang ist es dort besonders schön.
Zum Haus gehört hinten ein grünes Paradies mit Rundumkomfort: Kräuterbeet, Gewächshaus, Feuerstelle, PIZZAOFEN, Gartenbar (siehe Foto). Fahrradständer und abschließbarer Fahrradraum sind auch da.

This beautiful room in Wedding is available in September and October. You can make yourselves at home in this 18m² room. Bed, wardrobe, sofa etc. will all stay in the room and can be used. My favourite place is the mezzanine. Upstairs it invites you to relax and underneath there is a lot of storage space for all the things you don't need/see every day. :)
The flat was renovated only two years ago and is therefore in a super modern condition. It has a large balcony (where smoking is allowed), two bathrooms (see pictures), a large spacious kitchen and an open dining/living room to relax in. It is especially beautiful there at sunset.
A green paradise with all-round comfort belongs to the house at the back: herb bed, greenhouse, fireplace, PIZZAOVEN, garden bar (see photo). Bicycle racks and lockable bicycle storage are also there.
Auch die Anbindung ist super. In fünf Minuten Fußweg ist man an der Tramhaltestelle Grüntaler Straße (50 und M13), in zehn Minuten an der S-Bahnstation Bornholmer Straße und in fünfzehn Minuten am Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn, S-Bahn, Regional- und Fernverkehr)!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's mit Lidl, Penny, Rewe und Kaufland auch im Umkreis von 10-15 Minuten.

The accessibility is also great. It's a five-minute walk to the Grüntaler Straße tram stop (50 and M13), ten minutes to the Bornholmer Straße S-Bahn station and fifteen minutes to Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn, S-Bahn, regional and long-distance trains)!
There are Lidl, Penny, Rewe and Kaufland shops within a 10-15 minutes radius.
In der WG wird Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch und Italienisch gesprochen. Bestimmt kannst du wenigstens eine der Sprachen sprechen, um uns kennenzulernen und eine schöne Zeit bei uns zu haben. ;)
Jeder hat seinen eigenen Rhythmus, aber man trifft sich in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und hält gerne einen Schnack ab oder relaxt gemeinsam auf dem Balkon.

German, English, Spanish and Italian are spoken in the shared flat. I'm sure you can speak at least one of these languages so that you can get to know us and have a good time with us ;)
Everyone has their own rhythm, but people meet in the common rooms and like to have a chat or relax together on the balcony.
Meldet euch gern und dann können wir ein Besichtungstermin ausmachen. Natürlich ist es auch online möglich, solltet ihr gerade nicht in Berlin sein.
