Das Zimmer ist 20sqm groß in einer 110qm großen Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und beinhaltet ein 2m x 2m großes Bett mit Matratze, Bürotisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank. Da sich dieses Zimmer im 4. Stock befindet, können Sie das Sonnenlicht am Morgen und die schöne Skyline am Abend genießen. Wie im Titel dieser Anzeige gesagt, ist dieses Zimmer hell und luftig.

The room is 20sqm in a 110sqm apartment. The room is furnished and includes, a 2m x 2m bed with a mattress, office table, chair, and wardrobe. As this room is on the 4th floor you get to enjoy morning sunlight and the beautiful skyline during the evening. As said in the title of this ad, this room is bright and airy.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn (Linie U6)+Straßenbahn Seestraße, 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch kann Berlin Hbf in 22 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden. Es gibt verschiedene Supermärkte (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Penny, Rossmann, d&m) innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß, und alle sind bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet, so dass Sie genug Zeit haben, um Einkäufe zu machen. Edeka und ein kleines Cafe sind nur eine Treppe weiter. Es gibt 2 schöne Parks in der Nähe von Plotzensee und 20 Minuten zum Tegeler See. Wenn Sie gerne Zeit mit der Natur im Freien verbringen und bei schönem Wetter gerne schwimmen gehen, werden Sie die Lage dieser Wohnung wirklich genießen.

The apartment is near U (U6 line)+Tram Seestraße 5 mins by walk. Also, Berlin Hbf can be reached in 22 mins by public transport. There are various supermarket options (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Penny, Rossmann, d&m) within 2 mins walk, and all are open until 22:00, therefore you get enough time to do groceries. The best part is Edeka, and a small cafe is just downstairs. There are 2 beautiful parks near plotzensee and 20 mins to Tegel see. If you enjoy spending time with nature and like to swim during enjoyable weather conditions, you will truly enjoy the location of this apartment.
Derzeit leben 3 Personen in der Wohnung und Sie werden die 4 Person sein. Kurze Vorstellung der Mitbewohner:
Mirea (22 Jahre) macht ihren Bachelor-Abschluss (Biotechnologie) an der TU Berlin. Panagotis (25 Jahre) ist Masterstudent der Computer Science an der TU Berlin. Naina (27 Jahre) arbeitet als Software-Ingenieur in Berlin.
Die allgemeinen areas werden einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Wir haben auch einen Zeitplan, wo jeder bekommt Chance, verschiedene Bereiche jede Woche zu reinigen. Gleiche Disziplin und Sauberkeit wird von euch verlangt. Nur um das laut auszusprechen, dies ist keine Zweck- oder Party-WG. Daher würde ich darum bitten, Ihre Anfrage genau zu prüfen, bevor Sie sie abschicken!

Currently, there are 3 people living in the apartment and you will be the 4 people. A small introduction of flatmates, Mirea (22 yrs) is pursuing her bachelor's degree (Biotechnology Engineering) at TU Berlin. Panagiotis (25 yrs) is a computer science Master's student at TU Berlin. Naina (27 yrs) is working as a Software engineer based in Berlin.
The common areas are cleaned once a week. We also have a schedule where everybody gets a chance to clean different areas every week. The same disciple and cleanliness will be expected from you. Just to shout out loud, this is not a purpose or a party WG. Therefore, I would request to carefully before sending your request!
Die Miete von 700 Euro beinhaltet, Zimmermiete, Internet, Strom/Heizung und GEZ. Da Panagoits den Internetanschluss hat, sollten monatlich etwa 7,25 Euro an ihn gezahlt werden. Der Restbetrag von 692,50 soll an den Vermieter gezahlt werden.
Der Vertrag wird zunächst für 1 Jahr abgeschlossen. Später, wenn alles gut läuft, dann wird der Vertrag verlängert. und ja, anmeldung ist möglich.

Rent 700 euros includes room rent, internet, electricity/heating, and GEZ. While Panagoits has an internet connection, monthly internet should be paid to him, around 7,25 euros. The remaining amount of 692,50 euros should be paid to the landlord.
Initially, the contract will be created for 1 year. Later if everything is going fine, then the contract will be extended. And yes registration is possible.
