Das WG-Zimmer hat 11m^2 ist hell und liegt zur Reinickendorferstraße. Morgens hat das Zimmer Sonne. Es ist nicht möbliert bis auf einen Holzkleiderschrank, der gerne benutzt werden kann oder andernfalls entsorgt wird.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 1. Oktober vermietet.
Wir suchen vor allem eine Person mit der es zwischenmenschlich gut passt und entspannt ist.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat 6 Zimmer und ist 120 m^2 groß.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Balkone, Küche, Bad, ein zusätzliches WC und 4 private Einzelzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig.
Sie liegt im 4. Stock und ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.
Ein Keller ist vorhanden.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um einen Neubau.
Gutes Klima im Haus mit den anderen Mietern. (Es gibt jeweils eine WG über und unter uns)

The windows isolate noise well, so when the windows are closed you don't hear much from the street.
We are therefore looking for a person with whom it fits well interpersonally and who is relaxed.

The apartment is bright and spacious.
It is located on the 4th floor and an elevator is available.

WG-Leben
Kurz zu uns:
Hey! Wir wohnen hier im Wedding, im Moment zu dritt und ab Oktober wird unser viertes Zimmer frei, wofür wir eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in suchen.
Im Moment wohnen hier Julian (arbeitet), Alma (in Ausbildung) und Hendrik (studiert).
Wir haben alle bereits einige Jahre WG-Erfahrung und es sollen noch weitere schöne Jahre folgen.
Wörter wie Putzplan und gegenseitig aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen sind also keine Fremdwörter für uns.
Wir haben Spaß am Zusammenleben, kochen gerne gemeinsam und trinken auch gelegentlich das ein oder andere Bier zusammen.
Hin und wieder kreisen wir unsere Hintern dann auch mal zur Musik.
Besuch von Freunden oder Familie ist immer herzlich willkommen!
Wir sind allen Menschen offen gegenüber eingestellt und wollen das beste aus unseren Zwanzigern machen. Dasselbe hoffen wir auch von dir!

Was wir von dir erwarten:
Freundliches Miteinander und respektvoller Umgang, generelle Bereitschaft im Haushalt mit anzupacken und für ein bisschen generelle Grundordnung zu sorgen (Putzplan etc.).
Kritik einstecken und austeilen können und
idealerweise bist du zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren alt.
Als kleine Randnotiz:
Wir sprechen untereinander Deutsch-Spanisch-Englisch.
About us:
We are one student, one trainee and one working person - all in our twenties.
Alma is doing an apprenticeship, Hendrik is studying at TU and Julian ist working full-time.
We all already have a few years of WG experience and there are more wonderful years to come.
So words like cleaning schedule and taking each other into consideration are not foreign words.
We enjoy living together, like to cook together and occasionally drink a beer or two :-)
Visits from friends or family are always welcome!
We are open to all people and want to make the best of our twenties. We expect the same from you!
What we expect from you:
Friendly togetherness and good basic mood
Willingness to help out around the house (cleaning schedule, etc.)
Be able to take criticism and talk openly when something is bothering you.
Ideally you should be between 20 and 30 years.
A small side note:
We speak German-Spanish-English together.
