Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein sehr geräumiges 21qm Altbauzimmer mit der Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof. Dadurch ist es allgemein schön ruhig und man kann auch mal nach einer langen Nacht ausgiebig ausschlafen.
Das Zimmer ist durch eine Art Raumteiler getrennt und es gibt einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Einen Kleiderschrank und eine entspannte Sitzecke. Somit fehlt es dir an nichts während deines Aufenthaltes bei uns.
The room is very spacious, 21sqm and located in an old building with the orientation to the backyard. Therefore, it is generally nice and quiet and you can also sleep in after a long night.
The room is separated by a kind of room divider and there is a desk with chair, plus closet and a relaxed sitting area. So, you lack nothing during your stay with us.
Unsere WG befindet sich im Wedding in der Amsterdamerstraße, fußläufig 5 Minuten bis zum U-Bahnhof Seestraße oder 7 bis U-Leopoldplatz. Des Weiteren sind Bus- und Tramstationen nur unweit entfernt. An der Ringbahn bist du auch fix. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zusätzlich an der Seestraße viele, und auch Essensläden, Bars sowie das Kino Alhambra. Falls du studierst ist die Beuth-Hochschule schnell zu erreichen.
Our flat share is located in Wedding in Amsterdamerstraße, within walking distance of 5 minutes to the subway station Seestraße or 7 to U-Leopoldplatz. Furthermore, bus and tram stations are only a short distance away. Additionally, you can reach the Ringbahn in no time. There are many shopping opportunities on Seestraße, as well as food stores, bars and the Alhambra cinema. If you are a student, the Beuth University is within easy reach.
Das gemeinsame Leben in der WG ist wirklich sehr entspannt, familiär und herzlich. In der Woche sind meistens alle Arbeiten oder studieren, aber am Wochenende wird gern was gemeinsam unternommen, nach dem gusto in der Woche seriös und am Wochenende Spiel und Spaß. Während deines Aufenthaltes bei uns wirst du dir die WG mit Toni (34), Daniel (32) und Lisa (26) teilen. Alle legen Wert auf ein sauberes und freundliches Miteinander, um eine gute Atmosphäre zu schaffen, wodurch sich alle wohlfühlen.
Life together in the shared flat is really very relaxed, warmly and respectfully. During the week, everyone is usually at work or studying, but on weekends we like to do things together, according to the gusto during the week serious and on weekends fun and games. During your stay with us you will share the flat with Toni (34), Daniel (32) and Lisa (26). We like to have our WG clean and for is us a friendly coexistence to create a good atmosphere, which makes everyone feel comfortable important.
Schreib mich gern an, falls du dir vorstellen kannst, für 1.5 Monate in meinem Zimmer deinen Zwischenaufenthalt zu verbringen. Bitte beachte, dass der angegebene Preis dem Monatspreis entspricht und du somit für den gesamten Zeitraum 718 € zahlen würdest. Zusätzlich ist es mir wirklich wichtig, dass du nicht in der WG rauchst oder Haustiere mitbringst.
