Das Zimmer ist 12m^2 groß, hat ein Fenster mit Blick auf die Straße. Heizen musst du mit einem Ofen - außerhalb die Kosten für Holz oder Kohle gibts keine weitere Nebenkosten.
Das Zimmer kommt teilmöbliert mit einem Bett und Schreibtisch. Die Aufnahmekosten sind 700 Euro.
Das Zimmer, wie die ganze Wohnung, ist teilweise saniert und du kannst Bohren, streichen und Basteln, wie viel du willst!

The room is 12m^2, has a window looking out on the street. Your heating is an oven - except for the costs for wood or coal, there are no additional monthly costs.
The room comes partially furnished with the following: bed and desk. The takeover costs for the furniture is 700 Euros.
The room, like the entire apartment, is partially renovated and you can change the room to your liking (drilling, painting,... allowed).
Mit 10 min Fußweg zum S Gesundbrunnen bist du an die Ringbahn angebunden.
U Pankstraße (U8), M13, M50 sind ebenfalls sehr schnell zu fuß erreichbar und du kommst in Quasi jeden (zentralen) Stadtteil in unter 30 min.
In der Badstraße sind Viele gute Dönerläden, Backshops mit gutem Baklava und viele andere Lädchen.
Der Idyllische Humboldhain und der Mauerpark sind auch gleich um die Ecke.
Viele Supermärkte und das Gesundbrunnencenter Mall sind auch nah.

With 10 minute walk, you can reach S Gesundbrunnen with connection to the Ringbahn.
U Pankstraße (U8), M13, M50 are also easily reachable by foot and you can get to nearly any of the central city neighborhoods in under 30 minutes.
On Badstraße there are plenty of good Döner shops, bakeries with good Baklava, and many other little stores.
The idyllic Humboldhain and Mauerpark are also right around the corner.
There are many supermarkets nearby, as well as Gesundbrunnencenter Mall.
Bis jetzt ging es eher so in Richtung
zweck WG, da es kein Gemeinschaftszimmer gibt und wir nur einen kleinen Küchentisch haben an dem ab und zu zusammen gequatscht wurde.
Ein Bisschen über mir: ich bin Amerikaner und bin in einem Mastersstudiengang an der Humboldt Uni. Ich wohne hier mit meinem Freund. Wir kochen gern und oft. Wir sind sympathisch und freundlich und offen.
Deinen anderen Mitbewohner wäre Timo. Er ist ein netter, ruhiger Typ.
Must Haves: Nichtraucher WG, toleranz für LGBTQ Menschen, Sauberheit.
