Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Wedding für drei Monate von Anfang Januar bis Ende März, da ich in der Zeit nicht in Berlin bin.
Das Zimmer ist relativ groß (23m²) und mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa.
Außerdem gibt es schnelles Internet und einen Blick auf die Bäume im Hof.
Die Küche enthält alles Nötige, sowie eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.

I'm subletting my room in Wedding for three months from the beginning of January to the end of March as I won't be in Berlin during this time.
The room is relatively large (23sqm) and is equipped with everything you need: a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a sofa.
Furthermore there is fast internet and a nice view on the trees in the backyard.
The kitchen contains everything necessary as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Die WG befindet sich im Afrikanischen Viertel, welches eher eine ruhige Gegend und ist gut an den Nahverkehr angebunden. Zum U-Bahnhof Rehberge (U6) und zur Straßenbahn M13 sind es weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß und direkt vor dem Haus gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle (der Bus fährt aber nur selten). Supermärkte gibt es an der Müllerstraße und sind auch gut in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt gegenüber der WG ist der sehr große Volkspark Rehberge und falls du im Winter schwimmen willst ist der Plötzensee auch nicht weit.

The flat is in Afrikanisches Viertel, which is more of a quiet neighbourhood but well connected by public transport. You can reach U Rehberge (U6) and the tram M13 in less than 10 minutes by foot and there is also a bus stop just in front of the house (the bus arrives infrequently though). There are several supermarkets at Müllerstraße about 10 minutes away. Just in front the the flat is the very large park Rehberge and if you would like to go swimming in winter, Plötzensee isn't far either.
Du wirst zusammen mit Martin wohnen, der Robotikstudent an der BHT ist. Martin ist ein netter und ruhiger Kerl. Manchmal essen wir zusammen, im Großen und Ganzen lebt aber jeder sein eigenes Leben in der WG.

You will share the flat with Martin, who studies robotics at the BHT. He is a laid-back and calm guy. Sometimes we eat together but all in all everyone is living their own lives in the flat.
Ich suche jemand zuverlässigen und unkomplizierten für die drei Monate. Wenn dich das Zimmer interessiert schreibe mir eine Nachricht hier auf wg-gesucht.
