Hello guys! To all of you who are in urgent need of a nice place to stay - I am offering my old WG room at S-Wedding. Super central and a very nice area around (Sprengelkiez) for 400€ / month incl. utilities.
My room is actually a double room, one small bedroom and one bigger living room, as you can see on the photos. It has around 24m2 and is quite sunny as well. The Kitchen and bathroom are completely furnished.
You will be living together with one girl and one guy, who are both friendly and quite.
I need to really quickly find a tenant, since I already moved out and payed the full rent for december. So I am looking for a person who is willing to pay half of the rent for December + the deposit.
The rooms I am subletting are not furnished, except one bookshelf I am leaving in the flat.
Although it is a sublet, you can still get an Anmeldung beacuse you'll get a sublet contract, which is limited till 31.03.23. Anyway, if you and my previous flatmates will get along, there is still the chance for an unlimited contract.

The area is very nice with lots of small cafes and restaurants, cool bars nearby (Freya & Fuchs, Beste Bar etc.), called Sprengelkiez.
