It's a lovely 20qm place with little balcony in a flat with my two very sympathetic flatmates (28 & 31). The flat is in Sprengelkiez (Wedding) 1min. to the U9 Amrumer Straße. The rent is 430€ for the whole time.
We like you to feel well at our place, maybe have some nice talks or meals together. We have a big nice livingroom, where it's always nice to meet :) Also, because it's easyer, we have a cleaning plan and we like to live together in a careful way.

Mein Zimmer ist 20qm groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Du kannst alles nutzen, aber ich werde überall Platz schaffen, damit du deine Sachen unterbringen kannst. Ganz toll wäre, wenn du meine Planzen 2-3 mal gießen würdest. Die Wohnung ist im Sprengelkiez, nur eine Minute von der U9 Amrumer Straße entfernt. Die Miete (430€) bezieht sich auf den gesamten Zeitraum, egal wie lange du in dem Zimmer sein möchtest.
In unserem großen und schönen Wohnzimmer essen und quatschen wir (meine zwei sehr sympathischen Mitbewohner (28 und 31) und ich - dann natürlich ohne mich) oft gemeinsam. Dazu wärest du dann natürlich herzlich eingeladen. Wir mögen ein grundsätzlich achtsames Miteinander und damit es nicht zu kompliziert wird haben wir auch eine Putzordnung.
