• You will be staying in my room for the duration, and the other room shall be taken over for 1.5 months by another sublet.
• Bathroom, kitchen and hallway are shared.
• The building has a laundry room with multiple washing machines and dryers.
• The kitchen is fully equipped. Crockery, knives, refrigerator, mini-oven, exhaust hood, blender etc.
• The room has a workspace with a large desk, monitor and beanbag.
• The room being offered is connected to the kitchen and second room (they're both in the same space. I know, weird floor planning).
• There is a common barbeque area at the roof of the building usable by all tenants.
• Bicycle storage area is available to all tenants.
• The apartment is located in Wedding/Mitte 13353. It is less than 5mins walking distance from S+U Wedding (U6 and Ring-bahn) and U Leopoldplatz (U6&U9). Bus routes 142, 147, 221, 120, 247 and 347 pass nearby.
• Edeka, Rewe, Netto, Go Asia and many Turkish supermarkets are less than 5mins away on foot. Multiple fast food shops, resturaunts and Spätis are in the vicinity as well. You will always find something to eat till 2am.
• The Seestraße Stadt swimming pool, Schillerpark bowling alley and Volkspark are within walking distance.
• The Eschenbrau Brewery is just downstairs and is within the premises.
• Multiple cafes and student bars within walking distance.
• A security deposit of 150 euros, which will be returned on 01.03.23 when i return and check the apartment.
• Rent will be taken after you view the apartment and accept the offer. Can be done in person or over video call.
• Keys will be handed over on 05.02.23 and not before. 50 euros will be deducted from security deposit if keys are lost.
• Extension is not possible.
•Anmeldung is not possible.
• You can also use whatever is in the fridge or pantry.
