DE: Kurz zusammengefasst: Ein paar Querstraßen vom Prenzlauer Berg entfernt ist das Leben etwas ruhiger, grüner und gemütlicher. Du kannst hier super wohnen, musst dich aber kurz in die Tram setzen, um in eine fancy Bar zu kommen.

Am Ende der Langhansstr. gibt es den Antonplatz mit einem Wochenmarkt, Super- und Biomärkten, Banken und allem was man so braucht. Kurz davor kannst du im Pasta Laden frische Pasta kaufen, die dir auf Wunsch auch direkt zubereitet wird. Die wöchentlich wechselnde Karte ist klein, aber fein. Für alles tagtägliche gibt es einen Lidl fast direkt nebenan.
Den nächtlichen Nachschub-Drink kannst du dir 24h bei Ossis Späti um die Ecke holen und im Erdgeschoss deines Zuhauses gibt es einen griechischen Imbiss für den Heißhunger auf dem Weg nach oben.

Der Badesee Weißensee ist perfekt für eine schnelle Joggingrunde im Grünen und schnell erreicht.

Mit der Tram bist du in nur 15 min an der beliebten Kastanienallee, wo du Zeit für Brot, den Mauerpark, Restaurants und Bars findest.


EN: In short: A few blocks away from Prenzlauer Berg, life is a bit quieter, greener and cozier. You can live here very well, but you have to take the Tram to get to a fancy bar.

At the end of Langhansstr. there is Antonplatz with a weekly market, supermarkets, organic markets, banks and everything you need. Just before that in your street, you can buy fresh pasta at Pasta Laden, which will also be prepared for you directly if you wish. The weekly changing menu is small but nice. For all your daily needs, there's a Lidl almost right next door.
You can get your nightly drink refill 24 hours a day at Ossis Späti around the corner, and on the ground floor of your home there's a Greek Imbiss for those ravenous appetites on the way back.

The Weißensee swimming lake is perfect for a quick jog in nature and can be reached quickly.

With the streetcar you are only 15 minutes away from the popular Kastanienallee, where you can find time for bread, the Mauerpark, restaurants and bars.

DE: Dein Mitbewohner (David) wird frisch mit dem Bachelor in Biotech fertig sein wenn du einziehst und arbeitet vermutlich weiter in dem Labor, in dem er gerade angestellt ist. Er ist ein super cooler, ruhiger und ordentlicher Mitbewohner, der eine Vorliebe fürs Kochen hat. Er spielt E-Gitarre und probiert gerne mit funky Melodien herum.
Du solltest eine ordentliche Person sein, die schon Erfahrung im WG-Leben hat und solltest zumindest schonmal mit einer POC befreundet gewesen sein.

Ansonsten ist der Anforderungskatalog wirklich gering. Wir freuen uns einfach auf tolle Menschen.


EN: Your roommate (David) will be fresh out of his bachelor's in biotech when you move in and will probably continue to work in the lab where he is currently employed. He is a super cool, quiet, and neat roommate who has a love for cooking. He plays electric guitar and likes to try around with funky tunes.
You should be a neat person who already has experience in WG life and should have at least been friends with a POC before.

Other than that, the list of requirements is really low. We are just looking forward to great people.
