Mein Mitbewohner und ich sind für 3 1/2 Monate weg und suchen jetzt noch eine(n) Untermieter(in). :)
Zimmer: Mein Zimmer ist geräumig, mit Bett, Kleiderständer, Schrank und Regl
Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Antonplatz, ist mit M4, M12 und M13 bestens angebunden. In 20-25 Minuten ist man mit Tram oder Fahrrad am Alex, zu Fuß in 10 am Weißen See. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber an Supermärkten (Aldi bis Edeka) und den meisten Geschäften ist alles in Laufreichweite. Bars, Kinos etc. sind neben an und man ist schnell im Prenzlauer Berg oder Friedrichshain.
Wohnung: Es ist eine gemütliche Altbauwohnung im Hochparterre. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche mit eingebauter Bar/Arbeitsfläche, außerdem ein klassisches Altbauschlauchbad - das seht ihr alles auf den Bildern. Es gibt auch einen großen Balkon, der zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler haben wir, auch sonst alles an normalen Haushaltsgeräten. Wichtig ist vielleicht noch: wir würden unsere Möbel und einiges an Zeug dalassen und im Keller ist nur mäßig viel Platz. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und einen Parkplatz zu finden ist in der Gegend auch gut möglich. Wenn ihr sonst Fragen habt, schreibt mir einfach! :)
Mitbewohner: Du würdest mit einen netten Mann wohnen (28), Film-Student.

Hello everyone,
My roommate and I will be gone for 3 1/2 months and are now looking for one more subtenant. :)
Room: spacious, with bed, clothes rack, cupboard, shelf, armchair - as you can see in the pictures.
Location: The apartment is close to Antonplatz and is well connected with the M4, M12 and M13. You can reach Alex in 20-25 minutes by tram or bike, and White Lake in 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet, but supermarkets (Aldi to Edeka) and most shops are within walking distance. Bars, cinemas etc. are next door and you can quickly get to Prenzlauer Berg or Friedrichshain.
Apartment: It is a cozy old building apartment on the mezzanine floor. There are two bedrooms and a large living room, kitchen with built-in bar/work surface, and a bathroom - you can see it all in the pictures. There is also a large balcony facing the courtyard. We have a washing machine, a dishwasher and all other standard household appliances. Maybe important to note: we leave our furniture and some stuff behind and there is only a moderate amount of space in the basement. There is a bicycle cellar and it is also easy to find a parking space in the area. If you have any other questions, just feel free write to us! :)
Flatmate: You would live with a nice man (28), he is a film student.
