I m looking for 2 flatmates. One room is only for one month, from 1.01 to 31.01 and the other is a studio/bedroom and it s available from 15.01 for at least 3 months. Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible, since the Hausverwaltung said.
The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (one with shower and Badewanne and the other one with only the toilet), kitchen and a meditation room, which can be used for Hobbys or general activities.
I m an Italian guy living in Germany since a couple of years, I m looking for someone who like to cook and share food with flatmates, since I love cooking. Doesn t matter from where, important is that you re a good person. The WG is not a party WG. We can organize dinners and invite people of course but the neighborhood is quite, so no laut music untill 4 am or things like that.
I am a clean person, and I m looking for a clean person as well. I use a lot the kitchen and that means it has always to be clean (I m not maniac but at least cleaning after cooking is required)
