Its a room in an 3bedroom apartment. We´re providing Berlin-starters a good beginning.
I am living a vegan lifestyle. My office is in the Gallery that represents my art business.
I´ve been super-host for about 7 years at airbnb.
Hosting feels best to me under following conditions:
Please confirm the house rules:
- The room (Marlene Dietrich) is for 1 Person suitable only.
- The second (Nikita) room has the same conditions.
- No Anmeldung. No Contract.
- vegan & free of plastic bottle environment
(No storage/preparation of any meat)
- a cleaning fee of 120 € monthly
- Deposit (which gets paid back on the day of check-out)
- No laundry after 10 pm (washing machine is located in the hallway as you can see on pictures)
- No cooking after 10 pm (considering that the person in the second room might get up at 5 am)
- No stayovers of people.
