Das große (25m2) lichtdurchflutete, möblierte Zimmer hat ein Zwischengeschoss(Hochebene), um mehr Platz (ca. + 5m2) zu schaffen, so bietet es auch eine interessante Perspektive mit charmantem Flair (chabby chick). Es eignet sich prima als Schlafraum ...
Ab Oktober wird es einen weiteren Raum geben. Dieser kann frei gestaltet werden. Wir bieten diesen jedoch teilmöbliert an. Eine Mit- und/oder Umgestaltung ist möglich.
Komm und und mache es dir gemütlich! Es gibt auch ein Bad mit Badewanne. Zur weiteren gemeinsamen Nutzung ist eine Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und insgesamt schön gemütlich und pragmatisch.

Die Lage hier ist super! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vielfältig verfügbar. Top Verkehrsanbindung (M4,12, 13, Bus 255, 158). 7min zur Ring-Bahn, 20min zum Alex. 5min zu Fuß zum Park mit See (Strandbad -/bar). Nette Kombi aus Ruhe/Erholung und Nähe zum Zentrum.

Looking for a tenant from tomorrow with option for more rooms.
The location here is great! Many shopping facilities available. Top transport connections (M4,12, 13, bus 255, 158). 7min to the Ring-Bahn, 20min to Alex. 5min walk to the park with lake (lido)/bar). Nice combo of rest/recreation and proximity to the center.
Just have a look and feel. Worth it!!!
