The house was completed in December 2020 and features an underground garage with bicycle parking, a basement compartment, floor heating, and barrier-free access. The apartment has 75 square meters and includes two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, a shower and toilet, a storage room, and a south-facing balcony. The room available for rent measures 15.5 square meters and has a north-facing window overlooking the street. The building on the other site of the street is pretty low, so the room still receives plenty of natural light. The room comes furnished with a large wardrobe, a 160x200 bed, a wall shelf, a desk with a chair, a sideboard and lamps.

Der Wohnblock liegt im Grenzdreieck Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, Weißensee. Direkt um die Ecke fahren die Tramlinien M2 (zum Alexanderplatz), 12 (Richtung Mitte) und M13 (zur Warschauer Straße), zur Ringbahn sind es 15 min zu Fuße oder 5 mit der M2.
Die Linie 12 und M13 fahren durch die Langhansstraße, die Fenser haben die höchste Isolierstufe und mich stört es überhaupt nicht, schlafe im Sommer trotzdem mit offenem Fenster. Wer Geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte es sich überlegen. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es mit der Tram nur 20 min, zum Weißen See kommt man mit dem Fahrrad oder der Tram in 15 min. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichenkeiten, Spätis, Restaurants, Imbisse, Ärzte in der Nähe. Auch der Stadtteil Prenzlauer Berg ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The residential complex is located at the border triangle of Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, and Weißensee. Just around the corner are the tram lines M2 (to Alexanderplatz), 12 (to Mitte), and M13 (to Warschauer Straße). It's a 15-minute walk or 5-minute ride on the M2 to reach the Ringbahn. The 12 and M13 lines pass through Langhansstraße, and the windows have the highest level of insulation. I'm not bothered by the sounds and even sleep with the windows open in the summer. However, if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider this.
There are plenty of shopping options, late-night stores (Spätis), restaurants, take-away places, and doctors nearby. The Prenzlauer Berg district is also within walking distance. It only takes 20 minutes by tram to get to Alexanderplatz, and you can reach Weißen See in 15 minutes by bike or tram.

Ich suche eine ruhige und saubere Mitbewohnerin, die sich (in der Wohnung) vegan ernährt. Generell möchte ich zuhause meine Ruhe haben, keine Partys, keine ständigen Besuche von anderen Leuten. Ab und zu Freunde einzuladen ist natürlich kein Problem.

I am looking for a female roommate who is quiet and clean and follows a vegan diet (at least in the flat). I generally prefer to have a peaceful home and spend time by myself when at home. I do not want any parties or constant visits from other people. Having friends over from time to time is fine of course.
