The apartment, and therefore the room, is in the attic. It's pretty big and has basic furniture: chair, desk, wardrobe, cupboard, average size bed (140x200) and two night-tables. I didn't need any furniture of my own

Die Wohnung und damit das Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss. Es ist ausreichend groß und verfügt über einfache Möbel: Stuhl, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Schrank, durchschnittlich großes Bett (140 x 200) und zwei Nachttische. Der letzte Mitbewohner brauchte keine eigenen Möbel.
The apartment is on the border between Charlottenburg and Westend. The S-Bahn Westend (Ringbahn) station is within a 3-5 minute walk. Buses are nearby, and U2 (Kaiserdamm) is within 15 15-minute walk (or a shorter bus drive).
In the area, there's Lidl and Edeka. A bit further, there's also yellow Netto. In the same building, there's also Späti.
Very close by, there's Charlottenburg Schloss, where you can take lovely walks or run. In that direction, there are also multiple food possibilities.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze zwischen Charlottenburg und Westend. Der S-Bahnhof Westend (Ringbahn) ist in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Busse sind in der Nähe und die U2 (Kaiserdamm) ist innerhalb von 15 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß (oder einer kürzeren Busfahrt) erreichbar.
In der Umgebung gibt es Lidl und Edeka. Etwas weiter gibt es auch das gelbe Netto. Im selben Gebäude gibt es auch Späti.
Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich das Schloss Charlottenburg, wo Sie schöne Spaziergänge oder Joggen unternehmen können. In dieser Richtung gibt es auch mehrere Essensmöglichkeiten.
You'll share the apartment with two very lovely English-speaking Germans. The roommates are pretty cool and respect your boundaries. Nevertheless, they'll happily socialize with you, share meals, or watch a movie in the evening. One person is a very sport-loving, working student. The other is a working (soon-to-be) fresh grad who loves music.

Du teilst die Wohnung mit zwei sehr netten Deutschen. Die Mitbewohner sind ziemlich cool und respektieren deine Grenzen. Dennoch unterhalten sie sich gerne mit dir, essen gemeinsam oder schauen sich abends einen Film an. Eine Person ist ein sehr sportbegeisterter Werkstudent. Der andere ist ein berufstätiger (angehender) frischgebackener Absolvent, der Musik liebt.
The flat has ample shared space with a dining table, sofa, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, electric stove, etc.) with additional amenities like the coffee machine and SodaStream. Aside from the fridge, there's also an extra freezer.
The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. There's also a washing machine.
The contract is (in theory) limited, but you can extend it without problems.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ausreichend Gemeinschaftsraum mit Esstisch, Sofa und Fernseher. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Backofen, Elektroherd usw.) mit zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffeemaschine und SodaStream. Neben dem Kühlschrank gibt es auch einen zusätzlichen Gefrierschrank.
Das Badezimmer verfügt sowohl über eine Badewanne als auch über eine Dusche. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.
Der Vertrag ist (theoretisch) befristet, er kann aber problemlos verlängert werden.
