Spandau is still Berlin - even if your friends tell you it's not

Die Wohnung liegt in Spandau zwischen Bahnhof Spandau und U-Bahn Station Ruhleben. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 5-7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt (je nach Länge der Beine). Viel Grün und Wasser ist schnell erreichbar z.B. ein Wald auf der anderen Straßenseite. In der Nähe grasen Wasserbüffel!
Bevor du uns schreibst, schau dir die Lage am Besten auf der Karte an, da manche Stadtteile eine Stunde Fahrzeit entfernt sind.

The flat is in Spandau between the Spandau train station and the U-Bahn station Ruhleben. You can reach the clostest bus station in 5-7 minutes walking (depends on the length of the legs).
Near by we have a lot of nature and water like the forest on the other side of the road. In summer time water buffelos are living nearby!
Before you text us, please have a look at a map, because some districts are a one hour drive away.

Wir sind Johanna (30), Mica (30) und Leah (26).

Johanna arbeitet als Kunsttherapeutin in einer Werkstatt für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Sie malt gerne, strickt viel, hat immer unterschiedliche kunsthandwerkliche Projekte, liebt Pflanzen und Sahne.
Mica pendelt zum Arbeiten als Erzieher ins niedrig besiedelte Brandenburg. Seine Freizeit vertreibt er sich gerne mit Bewegung (aktuell auch täglich Sauna!), befüllt unseren Kühlschrank mit abgelaufenen Lebensmitteln über Foodsharing und ist sehr begeisterungsfähig. Außerdem liebt er Karotten und Butter.
Leah studiert im vierten Semester Bildung an Grundschulen. Sie tanzt gerne, begeistert sich für Nachhaltigkeit (sie geht regelmäßig im Unverpacktladen einkaufen), hat dennoch den gefülltesten Kleiderschrank, kocht gerne und liebt Olivenöl.


Am Wochenende frühstücken wir am liebsten Pfannkuchen. Bei uns wird viel gekniffelt oder Karten gespielt. Wenn du auch Skyjo-süchtig bis, bist du uns direkt sympathisch! Wir legen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und Gemeinschaftlichkeit, wir kochen und essen gemeinsam, so oft es geht, vor allem eigentlich immer Abends. Durch Foodsharing und unsere gemeinschaftliche Haushaltskasse (vegetarischer Einkauf) sind wir Lebensmitteltechnisch gut aufgestellt.
Unseren CO-2-Fußabdruck, bedingt durch unseren immensen Butter und Sahne Konsum kompensieren wir mit Stubenhockerei und Pflanzenpflege. ;)

Auf Grund der aktuellen Lage freuen wir uns über Gespräche via Zoom oder Skype, what ever floats your boat! Falls möglich, könnten wir uns danach ja persönlich kennenlernen :)


We are Johanna (29), Mica (29) and Leah (26).

Johanna works as an art therapist in a workshop for people with special needs. She likes to draw, knits a lot and always does some sort of art project. She loves plants and whipped cream.
Mica commutes to the nearby Brandenburg, where he works as an educator. In his free time he loves to move and fill our fridge with out of date food from "food sharing". He loves carrots and butter.
Leah just started university with the plan of being an elementary school teacher. She likes to dance and is into sustainability (she regularly goes grocery shopping in package free shops), yet still manages to have the fullest closet. She likes to cook and loves olive oil.

On the weekends we love to have pancakes for breakfast. We really enjoy playing Yahtzee or card games. We managed to survive a three-week long quarantine without any casualties and still enjoy each other's company a lot. ;) We value sustainability and share a sense of community. We eat together as often as possible, and manage to do so at least for dinners. Through food sharing and a shared wallet for vegetarian food and cleaning supplies we always have a good amount of food around. :)
We compensate our carbon footprint due to our immense butter and whipped cream consumption with hanging around and plant care ;)

Due to the current situation we are happy to have conversations via Zoom or Skype, what ever floats your boat! And if it is possible for you, we could later meet in person.

Es ist eine Maisonette Wohnung (3. und 4. Etage). Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum der gleichzeitig Küche ist und von dem die Treppe in die zweite Etage abgeht. Unten gibt es ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche und Toilette und oben ein kleineres mit Dusche und Toilette.

The maisonette (3rd and 4th floor) has a common room with a kitchen and the stairs. Downstairs is a big bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Upstairs is a smaller one with a shower and a toilet.
