Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer frisch sanierten Altbauwohnung im Wilhelmstadt-Kiez. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und schönen Altbaugegend. In 2 Minuten ist man an der nächsten Bushaltestelle. Zum Rathaus Spandau sind es 15 Min zu Fuß (1,8 km). Es gibt tolle Supermärkte und Cafés in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist belebt und sehr gut angebunden.
The room is located in a freshly renovated apartment in a lovely old building in the Wilhelmstadt neighborhood. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful old buildings area. In 2 minutes you are at the next bus stop. To the city hall Spandau it is a 15 min walk (1.8 km). There are great supermarkets and cafes nearby. The area is lively and very well connected.

Unsere zukünftigen Mieter sollen zuverlässig, ordentlich und freundlich sein. Das Zimmer wird zunächst für ein Jahr ab Einzug vermietet. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag jeweils um ein Jahr zu verlängern. Es ist auch möglich, das Zimmer für 6 Monate zu mieten.
