The room itself is quite big and is fully furnished. It has an attached balcony as well. Apart from it the whole apartment is quite big and is super beautiful.
I am moving out to another apartment which is in the same building. If you want to bring your own furniture then I can take away my furniture otherwise it will stay in this room until the sublet. The room is available from now on till end of October.

Its just around U Blisses str U7 line. Apart from that Edeka, Lidl and Rossmann are just around the corner. Edeka is open 24 hours apart from Sunday. U9 line is 10 mins by walk and same goes for U3 line. Volkspark Wilmersdorf is around 7 mins walking distance and also a small pond called "Fennsee".
I am moving out to another apartment. So you will share the flat with my lovely flatmate who is from Germany and is super open-minded, easy-going, vegan, and quite easy to talk to. She speaks German, and English and also speaks a bit of Spanish.
