Our cozy 3 person flatshare is looking for the last family member! :)
The room is 15sqm big and has a nice and bright window. The view goes out to an inner yard with trees and other green bushes! It is very quiet.
It is unfurnished, so you can bring all things youd like to have. :)
The flat is located right next to Olivaer Park, a nice and safe area to chill and sunbathe in summer. Around the park you find a lot of different restaurant, bars and cafés. If you like Starbucks.. it is right around the corner too! :)
Kurfürstendamm is the fashion street of Berlin, and we are right next to it! So if you like these kinds of stores you will find everything your heart desires.
Public transportation is in reach by foot (less than 5minutes). There are also lots of parking spaces if you have a car.
