Das Zimmer ist 21 m2 groß und voll möbliert. Es verfügt über einen schönen Dielenboden und große, gut isolierte Altbau-Fenster, die zu einer ruhigen Straße rausgehen und viel Licht ins Zimmer lassen.
Die folgenden Möbel sind im Zimmer:

• ein großer Kleiderschrank

• ein schöner Schreibtisch
• zwei Stühle und ein Sessel

Wenn du zum Beispiel dein eigenes Bett mitbringen möchtest, ist das auch möglich!
Wir teilen uns in der WG eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und Fenster sowie ein kleines zusätzliches Zimmer, in dem wir unsere Wäsche trocknen und zusätzlichen Stauraum haben. Der Kühlschrank und die Dusche wurden kürzlich erneuert.
The available room is 21 m2 in size and fully furnished. It has a beautiful wooden floor and large, well-insulated windows that look out onto a quiet street.

If you want
to bring your own bed, that is also possible!
We share a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and window, and a small additional room where we dry our laundry and have extra storage space. The fridge and shower have recently been replaced.
Die WG liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend nahe des Rüdesheimer Platzes. Sie ist sehr gut angebunden: in nicht einmal fünf Minuten kommt man zur U-Bahn U3, in 12 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man zudem den Bundesplatz mit der U9 und der Ringbahn. Auch Buslinien (101, 186, 248) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mit den Öffis kommt man besonders gut an die FU, aber auch HWR und TU sind sehr gut erreichbar.
The flat is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood near Rüdesheimer Platz. It is very well connected: the U3 is less than five minutes away, and Bundesplatz with the U9 and the Ringbahn is a 12-minute walk away. Bus routes (101, 186, 248) are also in the immediate vicinity.
The FU is particularly close by public transport, HWR and TU are also easy to get to.
In der WG wohnen außerdem noch Bouchra, Vincent und Julian. Wir sind alle in unseren 20ern. Unter der Woche sind wir viel unterwegs oder mit der Uni/Arbeit beschäftigt, treffen uns aber in der Küche für spontane Gespräche oder essen abends gemeinsam. Die WG ist international und wir sprechen Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch miteinander.
Wir teilen uns Es gibt einen Putzplan, bei dem wir uns alle abwechseln.
Bouchra, Vincent and Julian will be living with you. We're all in our 20s. While our schedules during the week are pretty busy because of university or work, our kitchen serves as a meeting place for chats or eating dinner together. The flat share is international - we speak English, German and French with each other.
There's a cleaning schedule where we all take turns.
Der Mietpreis ist all inklusive, das heißt die Betriebskosten (Wasser, Strom etc.) und auch die Rundfunkgebühren sind bereits enthalten. Dementsprechend gibt es keine Nebenkostennachzahlungen. Internet 10€/mtl. extra.
Je nach Möglichkeit können wir eine persönliche Besichtigung oder eine Video-Call Führung vereinbaren.
Der Mietvertrag ist vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet, mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung. Anmeldung möglich.
The rental price is all inclusive, i.e. including the running costs (water, electricity etc.), and the licence fee for public broadcasting (Rundfunkbeitrag). Internet 10€/month extra.
Depending on availability, we can arrange a personal viewing or a video call.
The tenancy agreement is initially limited to one year, with the possibility of extension. Registration is possible.
