Room is around 13 square meters close to the entrance and bathroom. Bright room with a high ceiling and two big windows. The room has a bed and a wardrobe for sale. Bed 50eur, mattress 100eur and wardrobe 450eur. All items bought less than a year old. If you have your own furniture we can remove current furniture from the room. The whole apartment has a high ceiling, natural wooden flooring and is full of lights. Two bedrooms are at the opposite sides of the apartment allowing full privacy.
The apartment is located 1min from a bus stop and 6min from S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. Huge park with lake and playgrounds is 5min away - Volkspark Wilmersdorf. A few minutes away is a grocery store, farmers store and some cosy restaurants. Closest stations are - Heidelberger Platz, Bundesplatz, U Blissestraße.
The apartment layout allows full privacy. Your room is located by the entrance and my room is at another end of the apartment. In between is a huge bright kitchen/living space with access to the balcony. The apartment is newly renovated with all the necessities such as washing machine, fitted kitchen, dishwasher and etc. Internet is fast and for free.
I am working full time and for most of the week stay at my friend. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and comfortable to come home to. The apartment is clean and very well maintained. I usually hire a cleaner which allows avoiding unnecessary trouble with cleaning duties. I am excited to share this sunshine place!
