Mitbewohner/in für stilvolle Wohnung und schönes Zimmer / Nice room in stylish-creative flat

Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert. Die Küche wurde neu eingebaut, inkl neuer und moderner Geräte. Sie hat generell viel Sonne und wirkt sehr einladend.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen - sie ist direkt am Heidelberger Platz (Ring S41/42 und U3) und dennoch sehr ruhig. Aldi ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Edeka und die Bio Company ebenso. Um die Ecke ist ein schöner Park (Volkspark), welcher sich perfekt für jede Art von Outdoor-Sport eignet. Unser Lieblingsplatz ist der Rüdesheimer Platz: Hier findest du nette kleine Cafés.

Die Bus-Linien 249 (zum Zoo u.a.) und 101 (quer durch die halbe Stadt) sind ebenso fußläufig in 3 - 5 min erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es hier auch viele!

(Zur FU Dahlem sind es mit den Öffentlichen gerade mal 15 min).

The flat has been completely renovated by us and is generally very bright and welcoming. We have inserted a new kitchen, including new and modern electronics.

The location is wonderful - the flat is situated at Heidelberger Platz (Ring S41/42 and U3). For grocery shopping you will find Aldi, Edeka and the Bio Company within walking distance. Around the Corner you will find a very nice park (Volkspark). It is perfect for outdoor sports. Our favorite place is the Rüdesheimer Platz with its restaurants and little cafés.

The buses 249 (to Zoo u.a.) and 101 (through half the city) are also within a 3 - 5 min. walking distance. If you own a car, you’ll find a lot of parking spaces here.

(To the FU-Dahlem it is just 15 min. with public transportation)

Ich würde uns als ruhige und entspannte WG beschreiben. Wir sind generell viel unterwegs, du hast also viel Zeit für dich. In unserer WG haben wir regelmäßig die umliegenden Restaurants und Food Places erkundet.

Es wird gern gekocht: Die Küche hat mehr oder minder alles, was das Herz begehrt (inkl. einer heiß-geliebten Espresso-Maschine.

Ich pendel derzeit zwischen zwei Städten. Zudem bin ich viel am Lernen, da ich in den letzten Semestern bin und benötige viel Ruhe. (Mit meinen sehr lieben Mitbewohnerinnen vorher war das jedoch nie ein Problem).

Zur Hygiene: Neben dem üblichen Lebens-Chaos sind wir sehr sauber. Wir tun unser bestes, die Wohnung täglich sauber zu halten und haben auch eine sehr liebe Putzhilfe, die uns wöchentlich unterstützt (Deine Kosten betragen 20,00 EUR davon, bereits in den NK inkl.). Von Dir möchte ich, dass Du dich um Deine Sachen kümmerst und Deinen Anteil am Haushalt (proaktiv) mitmachst. Dazu gehört auch sorgfältig mit den Sachen umzugehen, wie zB der Espresso-Maschine :)! Bitte beachte, dass Tiere im Haushalt leben!

I would describe our shared-flat as calm and relaxed. We are generally always on the road and try to have a good time :). As roommates we tend to investigate the food-places around our block quite regularly (or in Schöneberg as well).

We love to cook: the kitchen has more or less everything the heart desires (incl. a much-loved espresso machine).

I am currently commuting between two cities. In addition, I am studying a lot, as I am in my last semesters and need some quiet time. (However, with my very dear roommates before, this was never a problem).

Hygiene: We have a pretty clean household, although sometimes you will find the usual life-marks of shoes or papers laying around, etc. We really do our best to keep the flat clean and also have help from our very sweet cleaner (Your cost will be 20 EUR of that, already incl. in the rent). From you I basically expect that you take care of your own stuff and that you do your part of the flat-cleaning autonomously. Please consider that animals are living in the flat!

Es ist wichtig, dass du mit Hund & Katze grundsätzlich auskommst, kümmern musst du dich natürlich nicht (abgesehen von kleinen Streicheleinheiten). Sie sind nicht immer da. Sie sind viele verschiedene Menschen gewöhnt. Bitte mach Dir aber im Vorhinein Gedanken darüber, damit Du dich am Ende nicht unwohl fühlst!

Wenn du rauchst: "a walk a day, keeps the doctor away" - Mit zwei Treppenläufen bist du vor dem Haus oder auf dem Balkon.

Its important that you get along with cats + dogs. They are not always there. You don’t have to take care of them (apart from small doses of cuddles). Nevertheless, please think about it BEFOREHAND to avoid feeling uncomfortable when living here.

If you smoke: "a walk a day, keeps the doctor away" - some steps down you can smoke in front of the house or at the balcony.

Falls Du Interesse haben solltest, schreib gern. Wir wissen, dass der Wohnungsmarkt überlaufen sein kann und es aufwändig ist, jedes Mal eine neue Mail zu verfassen; aber 1-2 ehrliche Sätze würden uns sehr freuen.

In case you have interest, I would love to hear from you! I know it can be cumbersome to answer to the offers for flats in berlin, but I would be happy about 1-2 honest lines about yourself. We can talk individually about the renting term :)
