Hey folks,
we're renting out a room in our cozy flat. The room's got approx. 23m² (if you need this number in freedom units, you gotta google that). The flat itself is pretty big as well (150m²), theres a well equipped kitchen and a living room w/ balcony, 2 Bathrooms (1 Shower, 1 Bathtub) and a storeroom.
Unfortunately the room's not gonna be furnished, all we can offer is a mattress. Depending on what you got, we can also help you out a little bit here and there. We're spending most of the time in the living room tho, so we hope it's not a biggie. If you got your own stuff, that's fine as well of course.
U3 and U7 are 2mins walk away, U9 is about 10mins away by foot. Also groceries and stuff can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes.
You'll be living with Flo (m, 28) and me (Felix, m 28). Expect evenings of cooking, playing board games making music and stuff like this. We're both either working or looking for a job, but tbh we don't give a fuck if you are a student, (self) employed, jobless or whatever.
Big bonus points for you if you bring your vinyl collection, if you play an instrument or if you're involved in music in any other way. If there's a creative spark in you, that'll probally do it :)
Since the 'rona isn't gone yet it's up to you if you wanna come over and have a look or if you prefere a facetime session.
Last but not least the obligatory common sense: all nations, genders and sexual orientations are welcome.
