Vom 01.06.2021 bis zum 30.09.2021 suche ich für mein altes WG-Zimmer einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer hat 18 Quadratmeter und es gibt einen Balkon. Anhand der Bilder sind noch andere Möbel vorhanden aber nur zwei Malms und die Regale bleiben. Die WG hat eine große Wohnküche.
Die Miete liegt bei 600€ warm monatlich. Hier sind Strom und Internet inklusive.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und der nächste Edeka ist in 8 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Meine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen haben auch zwei Katzen. Es wird gerne gekocht, gequatscht und es soll eine gute Zeit miteinander verbracht werden - alles jedoch ohne Muss und Zwang, es gibt auch genügend Raum sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Die Wohnung wurde erst letztes Jahr komplett neu renoviert.

From 01.06.2021 I am looking for a new tenant for my old shared room. The room has 18 square meters and there is a balcony. The WG has a large eat-in kitchen and also a dressing room that everyone can use. My two roommates also have two cats. We like to cook, chat and have a good time together - but all without obligation and coercion, there is also enough space to withdraw. The apartment was completely renovated last year.
The nearest subway station is 10 min walk away and the nearest Edeka is 8 min walk away.
The rent is 633€ warm monthly. Electricity and internet are included here.
