Hi! Ich suche eine nette und verlässliche Mitbewohnerin in meiner Wohnung für ein 11qm großes, gemütliches WG-Zimmer, das gerade vollständig neu eingerichtet wurde. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und alle Zimmer sind dank der großen Fenster superhell und freundlich. Die Allgemeinfläche ist vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet.

Hi! I am looking for a nice roommate for a 11 sqm large, cozy room in a shared apartment, which has just been accomodated.
The apartment is spacious and all rooms are bright and friendly thanks to the large windows. The apartment itself is furnished and equipped.
Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zur U-Bahn (U7, U1, U3), auch zur SBahn Hohenzollerndamm (Ringbahn) und der Kudamm befindet sich 10 Minuten Fußweg. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bio Company, Edeka, Lidl, und Rewe) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze sind kostenlos vorm Haus verfügbar und die nächste Tankstelle ist nur 15 Minuten von uns entfernt.

Only a 5-minute walk to the subway (U7, U1, U3) and also to the Hohenzollerndamm SBahn station (Ringbahn). Numerous shops (Bio Company, Edeka, Lidl, and Rewe) are very close to the apartment. Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the house and the nearest petrol station is only 15 minutes-walk away from us.
Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, arbeite im Bereich Digital-Banking. Ich selbst bin viel unterwegs und ganz flexibel, ob die Mitbewohnerin lieber für sich ist oder ob man sich ab und an zu einer gemeinsamen Mahlzeit, einem Wein oder einem Bier am Abend zusammen setzt. Ich lege Wert auf unsere öffentlichen WG-Bereiche recht sauber und aufgeräumt und hoffe auf jemanden Gleichgesinntes.

Shared areas in the apartment to be maintained in a fairly clean and tidy way is important.
Das Zimmer ist SOFORT bezugsfertig. Das Zimmer gibt es erstmal ohne Anmeldung, allerdings ist in der Zukunft eine Anmeldung evtl. möglich. Wenn du dir vorstellen kannst, in der WG einzuziehen, schreib mir einfach, erzähl etwas über dich und dann können wir uns zeitnah treffen und kennenlernen. Bitte vergiss möglichst auch deine Handy-Nr. nicht, damit ich dich telefonisch einladen kann.

The room is ready for moving in IMMEDIATELY. The room is initially available without registration, but registration may be possible in the first months. If you can imagine moving into the shared apartment, just write me, tell me something about yourself and then we can meet and get together.
