Hello dear apartment seekers, A room becomes available in my beautiful, bright, old-style apartment on the 2nd loor. It is well cut, almost 20 square meters in size and has a large window from which you can look into the green backyard. The apartment is 115 square meters in total and consists of your and my room, hallway, bathroom and a kitchen. All rooms are equipped with beautiful wooden floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with an adjoining balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun.
Our apartment is very well connected, so you have three underground stations at your disposal: Blissestraße (U7), Güntzelstraße (U9) and Hohenzollernplatz (U3). From all stations you walk about 8 minutes to us. This means that all Berlin universities, but especially the TU and FU, are easy to reach. Nearby there are shops, bakers, a post office and everything else you need. You can reach the Kuhdamm within 10 minutes by bike.
