Hello lovely people,
I´m going to leave Berlin for a while, which is why I´m searching for someone who´d like to sublet my room for the time period from the beginning of October to the end of December. We are four people in our flat, all studying and working and thus quite busy most of the time. Nevertheless we always try to find some time for evening gatherings or other activities. The life in our flatshare is very relaxed, we are open for everything, nothing is a must and we stick to a weekly cleaning plan as well. We are always kind towards each other and it´s importand for me to find someone who is equally respectful to my roomies and to our flat as well. Since my room looks like a botanical garden, green fingers would be a big plus :)
Regarding the location: The flat is directly next to the U-Bahn station Blissestraße and with the U7 it´s easy to get everywhere in Berlin. Next to our place is Lidl, Edeka, McFit and a lot of good restaurants. Volkspark Wilmersdorf is just a block away and is a nice play to relax at. It is a calm, safe area overall - there aren’t many options for Clubs, Bars or Hipster-Cafes but leaving Wilmersdorf to go them is quite easy with the U7.
