The room is very bright during the daytime and it has its own balcony. All furniture that can be seen in the pictures will stay in the room - it is fully equipped. There is as well a shared kitchen and a bathroom available.
All additional costs (for Wifi, taxes, etc.) and consumption costs are included in the total rent.

Das Zimmer ist tagsüber sehr hell und es hat neben einer großzügigen Sofaecke auch einen eigenen Balkon. Alle Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, bleiben im Zimmer - es ist komplett ausgestattet. Es stehen eine gemeinsam genutzte Küche und ein Bad zur Verfügung.
Alle Neben- und Verbrauchskosten (zB auch für WLAN, etc.) sind in der Gesamtmiete enthalten.
The flat is located near the train station "Berlin Zehlendorf" (5 min walk). From there you can take one of many busses or the train (line S1).
Additionally it takes one 10 minutes by bike to go to the FU (Freie Universität Berlin).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des S-Bahnhof Zehlendorf (ca. 5 min Fußweg). Von dort aus fahren viele Busse und die S-Bahnlinie S1.
Außerdem erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten den Campus der FU (Freie Universität Berlin).
At the moment, there are 5 girls with all different nationalities living in the flat. Internationals are therefore very welcome.
We're looking for a clean and quiet flatmate. Parties and equal celebrations with lots of people aren't desired.

There is a carport in the garden for storing and locking bicycles. Additionally, we have a washing room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer to use.
Moreover, once a week, someone comes over to clean the shared amenities (these costs are also already included in the rent).

Es gibt im Garten ein Carport zum unterstellen und anschließen von Fahrrädern. Weiterhin haben wir einen Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Außerdem kommt einmal in der Woche jemand vorbei, um die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen zu reinigen (auch diese Kosten sind bereits in der Miete enthalten).
