Hello I am offering my private room in a 6 person WG from the 13th February to the 31st March since I'll be leaving between those dates and coming back on April 1st.
The room is available in a Student Village (Studentendorf Schlachtensee)
Here's the information broken down.
- Fully furnished private room in a WG available without Anmeldung for 1 student.
- Student Village with Gym, Launderette and Study room.
- From 13th February to 31st March
(almost 1.5 months)
Extension not Possible
- Shared Kitchen with 5 people and shared bathroom with 1 other person.
- Room furnished with: Bed, Chair, Desk, Dresser, Wardrobe, Shelving.
- Fully equipped Kitchen with: Fridge, Personal cabinet, Microwave, Furnace, Stove, Toaster, Many cooking utensils and cutlery, plates, etc.
- Bathroom: Shower, WC, Cleaning materials and utensils
- You shall be provided with: 2 Bed Sheet Sets, Shower Gel and Shampoo, Trash Bin, Small blanket, Chair cushion, various other things.
- Address: Wasgenstraße 75, 14129 Berlin.
- S-Bahn Station 10 min walk.
- Bus 118 5 min walk.
- Aldi and Edeka - 5 min walk.
- Adjacent to Freie Universität.
- Hospital 10 min walk.
- Many different restaurants nearby.
We are 6 international students from Armenia, France, Kenya, Italy and Germany who live in this WG. We have very good relationship with eachother.
I myself am from Spain and speak English, Spanish, German and Catalan.
It is essential that if you apply for the room, you must:
1. Be a student (Bachelor, Master, etc.)
2. Be a clean and responsible person that cleans, not only their room, but the shared facilities (bathroom and kitchen).
3. Be an understanding person that respects the LGBTQ+ community and the other flat-mates and their cultures. No racism, xenophobia, misogyny, etc.
Since there will be no Anmeldung, any deal made will be based on trust so you'll have to let me know that we can trust eachother :)
