Wir suchen für unsere WG einen neuen Mieter für einen Zeitraum von 1 Monat und 1 Woche. Der Raum hat eine Fläche von ca. 15 m2. Es verfügt über ein bequemes Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Tisch mit Bürostuhl, eine Kommode und Regale.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Es ist komplett mit den wichtigsten Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.

We are looking for a new tenant for our WG for a 1-month and 1 week period. The room is approximately 15 m2 surface. It has a comfortable bed, a big wardrobe, a table with an office chair, a commode and shelves.
The apartment has 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It is fully equipped with essential amenities.
Der Standort liegt in der Nähe von Potsdam und Wanssee. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 3 Minuten vom Gebäude entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte. Zu ALDI sind es nur ca. 3 Gehminuten und zu EDEKA 4 Gehminuten. Der S-Bahnhof (Mexicoplatz) für S1 und S7 ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt und der Bahnhof Wanssee für S1, S7 und RE ist 12 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Es gibt ein Fitnessstudio, das Sie kostenlos nutzen können, sowie Waschmaschinen und Trockner in der Nähe.

The location is near Potsdam and Wanssee. A bus stop is located 3 minutes from the building. There are 2 supermarkets close by.It only takes about 3 minute-walking to reach ALDI and 4 minutes to reach EDEKA. The S-Bahn station (Mexicoplatz) for S1 and S7 is only 10 minutes away by bus and Wanssee station for S1, S7, and RE is 12 minutes by bus. There is a gym that you can use free of charge and a washing and drying machines nearby.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner Markus und Abiel studieren beide in Berlin. Sie sind freundliche, verständnisvolle und lockere Menschen, die gerne Computerspiele spielen, ins Fitnessstudio gehen und lernen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist uns wichtig, daher erwarten wir, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume aufgeräumt und sauber gehalten werden.

Your future flatmates Markus and Abiel are both students studying in Berlin. They are friendly, understanding, and easygoing persons who enjoys playing computer games, going to the gym, and studying. The cleanliness of the apartment is important to us, so we expect the common spaces to be kept tidy and clean.
