14qm 4-er-WG-Zimmer in Nähe zu Freie Universität

1--2 min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (101, M48 und X11) sowie 3--5 min zur S1. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine französische Bäckerei, auf dem Nachbargrundstück ein ALDI. Unmittelbar daneben sind Post, ein arabischer Feinkostladen und weitere Geschäfte. Beim S-Bahnhof befindet sich ein EDEKA.

Zwei Busstationen entfernt ist das Zentrum Zehlendorf mit Fitness-Club, Restaurants, etc. in einer Einkaufsstraße.

FU Campus Dahlem in 5min mit dem Rad zu erreichen, oder mit entsprechender Busverbindung.

Die Wohnung an sich ist mit Tageslicht durchflutet (außer im Winter). Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Couches, sowie Beamer und Konsole ausgestattet, angebunden an einer 400 MBit/s Downstream-Verbindung über professionelle Netzwerktechnik. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch an dem gemeinsam gegessen werden kann.

Zusätzlich gibt es noch 3 weitere Schlafzimmer der Mitbewohner, ein Bad und eine Küche mit Waschmaschine.

The apartment itself is flooded with daylight (except in winter). The living room is equipped with couches, beamer and console, connected to a 400 MBit/s downstream connection via professional network technology. There is a large dining table where everyone can eat together.

In addition, there are 3 more bedrooms of the flatmates, a bathroom and a kitchen with washing machine.

Wir alle drei sind Informatik-Studenten an der FU (aber trotzdem sozial-verträglich, Freilandhaltung, nur schlechter Humor). Leo und León kochen gerne auch mal zusammen -- weitere Mitkocher gerne gesehen!
