Das Studentendorf verfügt über einen 45.000 qm großen Landschaftsgarten und befindet sich nicht weit vom wunderschönen Schlachtensee, sehr beliebt, um Partys zu feiern und für Outdoor-Sport. Der Grunewald liegt ebenfalls in der Nähe. Mit dem Rad erreicht man in 15 Minuten die Freie Universität (FU). Die S-Bahn braucht 30 Minuten bis Berlin-Mitte.
