Da mein Freund für ein paar Monate ins Ausland geht, vermieten wir ein Zimmer unserer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer, welches du als Schlafzimmer nutzen würdest, hat 14 qm, ist möbliert, lichtdurchflutet und ruhig. Es gibt ein Einzelbett, welches man leicht ausziehen kann um es zu zweit zu nutzen. Es gibt zur weiteren Nutzung ein wunderschönes, großes Wohnzimmer, eine neu renovierte und top ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad und einen Balkon in Richtung Garten. Insgesamt stehen dir ganze 57 qm zur Verfügung.

Because my partner is going abroad for a few months, we are subletting one room in our 3-room-apartment. Your room has 14 sqm, is furnished, gets a lot of light and is quiet. It has a convertible bed, that can be used by one or two people. The common spaces are a beautiful, large living room, a newly renovated and top equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony facing the garden. In total 57 sqm are open to your use.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin-Zehlendorf, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur FU (mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten). Der Gebäudekomplex ist ein denkmalgeschützter, teilsanierter Altbau in einer ruhigen Lage und mit einer (familien)freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Nachbarschaft.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Bus (101, M48, X11) sind es 3 Minuten, zur S-Bahn (S1 - Sundgauer Straße) braucht man knapp 6 Minuten. Diese bringt einen bequem quer durch ganz Berlin.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen (5 Min.).
Wer das Grüne mag, kommt hier in Zehlendorf auf seine Kosten. Zum Schlachtensee und zur Krummen Lanke sind es knapp 15 Minuten. Etwas näher dran liegt ein Park mit großem Teich, an dem man bei gutem Wetter herrlich die Seele baumeln lassen kann.

The apartment is located in Berlin-Zehlendorf, close to the FU (5 minutes by bike). The building complex is a listed, partially renovated "Altbau" in a quiet location and with a (family) friendly and helpful neighborhood.
Public transport is within easy walking distance. To the bus (101, M48, X11) it is 3 minutes, to the S-Bahn (S1 - Sundgauer Straße) you need just under 6 minutes. This brings you comfortably across the whole of Berlin.
Shopping facilities are also within easy reach (5 minutes by foot).
Who likes the green, comes here in Zehlendorf at his expense. To the Schlachtensee and the Krumme Lanke it is about 15 minutes. A little closer to it is a park with a large pond, where you can relax and unwind.
Ich bin 30 Jahre alt, arbeite als Jugendhilfeplanerin für das Land Berlin und promoviere in Bildungsphilosophie. Mein Freund ist Neurowissenschaftler. Wir haben das Zimmer schon ein paar Mal untervermietet und hatten immer sehr positive Erfahrungen damit. Ich freue mich auf eine Mitbewohnerin, die sich vorstellen kann, gemeinsam zu Kochen und auch Ausgaben zu teilen. Es soll kein Zweck-mäßiges Wohnen sein, sondern eine entspannte und rücksichtsvolle Gemeinschaft auf Zeit.

I am 30 years old and I am doing my PhD in Philosophy of Education. My boyfriend is a neuroscientist. We subleased the room a few times already and always had a very good experience. I am looking for a roommate who is open to cook together in the evenings, share the grocery expenses and is looking for some sort of communal living for this short while.
