ich vermiete ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad im Studendorf voraussichtlich vom 15. August bis 15. Oktober, falls das noch nicht so ganz passt, schreibt mir gerne. :)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regale) und hat viel Stauraum.
Ihr habt ein eigenes Bad und zwei Gemeinschaftsküchen im Haus, Waschmaschinen sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung wird vermietet an Studenten und Azubis.

I am subletting a room with your own bathroom in studendorf probably from August 15 to October 15, if that doesn't quite fit, feel free to asked me :)
The room is furnished (bed, desk, closet, shelves) and has plenty of storage space.
You have a private bathroom and two shared kitchens in the house, washing machines are also available.
The apartment is rented to students and trainees.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden an den ÖPNV, der Bus ist nur 2 Miniten entfernt.
Man kommt z.B. mit Bus und U-Bahn gut zur FU. S Bahnhof Wannsee und Nikolassee (wo der Schlachtensee ist ;) ) sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar.
Vor der Tür findet man BioCompany, Edeka und Aldi, eine Apotheke, ein Café, zwei Restaurants und ein Ärztehaus.
Es gibt mehrere Parks direkt um das Gelände herum, hinterm Edeka fängt der Grunewald an und lädt zum Joggen ein.

The apartment is very well connected to public transport, the Bus is just 2 minutes away. You can get to the FU e.g. by bus and subway. S train station Wannsee and Nikolassee (where the Schlachtensee is) are also easily accessible. In front of the door you will find BioCompany, Edeka and Aldi, a pharmacy, a café, two restaurants and a medical center.
There are many parks and the Grunewald forest nearby, where you can go jogging.
Im Haus findet ihr viele nette Mitbewohner aus verschiedenen Ländern, mit denen ihr z.B. in der Gemeinschaftsküche Zeit verbringen könnt. Weiterhin hat das Studentendorf Tutoren, die gemeinsame Aktivitäten mit den Studis planen, falls ihr dazu Lust habt.

In the house you will find many nice roommates from different countries, with whom you can spend time in the communal kitchen, for example. Furthermore, the student village has tutors who plan joint activities with the students, if you feel like it.
