Hello everyone,
the room is big and bright. It has a big window where you can see the Festung from and a smaller one on the side of the main road under the apartment. The room is going to be rented with all the furniture that you can see in the photos, this is why we charge an extra 20 Euro per month in the rent. They are used by our flatmate but are in top condition. You are more than welcome to buy them before moving in for 300 Euro in total, the price can deviate a little but for that you would need to talk with our flatmate, Martin, who owns it. In this case, of course the extra 20 Euro don´t have to be paid every month. We would like to be honest though and say that people who want to buy the furniture will be favored. :)
The apartment is almost in the heart of Würzburg. You just need to cross the Alte Mainbrücke and there you are in the city center! Down the street you can find a bakery, a döner place, an italian and an asian restaurant, a pharmacy and one of Würzburgs gems, the Biertümpel bar. Banks and supermarkets can be reached within 5 minutes by foot in the city! Also within 5 minutes you will be at the next tram station. If you walk 5-10 minutes you can get to Zellerau center with all kinds of possibilities for grocery shopping, post etc.
A little bit about us: we are two sisters, Christina 28yo and Rania 21yo and we come from Greece. Christina does her Master in Chinese politics at the University, Rania does an Ausbildung as a dental technician. We both have sidejobs, which means that we spend a good amount of time out of the apartment. However, since we are family and we used to live with one of our best friends, Martin, we have established some nice little rituals, like cooking together, having some drinks, going out or watching stuff together. We would like to get to know the person that stays with us but it is definitely not expected to participate in anything, privacy is respected and much appreciated :) We have been living together since 1,5 years, so almost everything someone could need for example in cooking equipment, a washing machine etc is already available and can be gladly co-used. We are looking forward to meet you :)
The sublease goes until the first of June but there´s the possibility to extend the stay. This is something we can talk about in person during the visit.
