A big sunny room with a wonderful garden view in a cosy flat in the heart of Potsdamerplatz ! Close to all touristic attractions, shopping malls and public transportation.The flat is fully furnished with all appliances and necessary equipment.
I am renting a big room that has a very comfortable king size bed , cabinets, , working disc /and a TV with chromcast.
The room is really sunny, but you can still make it dark with the installed curtains and black out.
Thr room will be rented with great privacy
the flat will be shared with one person.
HAUS RULES :
-Using internet for downloading or visiting illegal sites is FORBIDDEN, guests should sign for that.
- payment in advance with a copy of your passport /ID. (please get everything ready to handle upon arrival.

All public transportation means are of walking distance . There are U2 and , S-Bahn stations, Bus stations around you.
The flat is in the very heart of the famous Potsdamerplatz close to all tourist attractions , Bundestag , Brandenburger Tor and both Arkadenand mall of Berlin ! Similarly the flat is close to Holmes Place (the famous gym and spa) and the Linkstr park !
you will be sharing the flat with one person .
you should be non smooker and clean .
