POV: Du findest deine neue Mitbewohnerin <3

Hi allesamt,
ich bin Sina, 23 Jahre alte Filmstudentin, und suche ab November eine dauerhafte Bleibe in Berlin, vorzugsweise innerhalb des Rings.
Derzeit mache ich mein Praktikum bei einem Kameraverleih und wohne seit Mai in einer WG in Mitte. Ursprünglich komme ich aus Bayern, genauer gesagt aus der Nähe von Nürnberg, aber halt dich auf keinen Fall mit klischeehaften Witzen zurück, ich steig mit ein.
Ab November geht's dann langsam Richtung Bachelorarbeit für mich, auch wenn ich mich und mein Zeitmanagement kenne und es wahrscheinlich doch eher Dezember wird.

Ich bin offen, witzig (das überlasse ich aber gern deiner Einschätzung) und einfühlsam. Zumindest hab ich das von Freund:innen gesagt bekommen. Aber spätestens bei der WG-Besichtigung findest du heraus, ob's stimmt.

Neben Film studiere ich auch noch Medientechnik, also wenn was bei deiner HiFi-Anlage kaputt ist, lass mich gern mal drüberschauen.

Da ich aktuell eben Praktikum mache und ne 40-Stundenwoche abbuckel, hatte ich eher bedingt Zeit neue Hobbies zu finden und mich irgendwie kreativ zu entfalten. Deshalb hab ich mich in meiner Freizeit eigentlich hauptsächlich mit Freund:innen getroffen, bin Fahrrad gefahren (nicht besonders weit, ich bin nicht sportlich) oder hab in den schönen Parks dieser Stadt gelesen (nicht besonders viel, ich lese langsam).
Aber ich hoffe, dass ab November ein neuer Abschnitt beginnt, so zumindest der Plan.

Ich bin extrem anpassbar, soll heißen, dass ich gern die Ordentliche für die WG mache, aber wenn dir Sauberkeit nicht so wichtig ist, dann kann ich easy damit leben.
Ansonsten bin ich eher eine stille Mitbewohnerin, da ich daheim nicht so oft Musik höre oder Parties schmeiße. Die finden eher in den WGs meiner Freund:innen statt. Das kann sich aber meinetwegen gern ändern, wenn es dir in den Kram passt und du selbst auch Lust darauf hast. Wie gesagt, ich komm mit sehr vielem zurecht.
Auch Haustiere würden mich nicht stören. Ganz im Gegenteil, ich liebe Tiere, besonders Katzen, aber ich plane aktuell nicht mir selbst eine zu holen. Ich würde mich allerdings super um deine Tiere kümmern, falls du bereits welche hast oder vorhast dir welche zu holen.

Ich koche gern, hauptsächlich vegan, bin allerdings nach der Arbeit fast immer etwas zu fertig gewesen allzu groß aufzutischen. Nach dem Praktikum wird sich auch das sicherlich ändern und du bist herzlich eingeladen mitzuessen.

Ich unternehm gern was mir dir oder entspanne bei einem gemeinsamen Filmeabend, aber ich kann mich auch problemlos zurückziehen, wenn du bisschen Ruhe brauchst. Einfach offen kommunizieren wonach du dich fühlst.

Da ich langsam nicht mehr weiß, was ich noch über mich schreiben soll, würde ich vorschlagen wir treffen uns einfach mal persönlich oder über Zoom und quatschen bisschen.

Hi everyone,
I'm Sina, 23-year-old film student looking for a permanent flat in Berlin from November.
I'm currently doing my internship at a camera rental and living in Mitte since May.
I moved here from Bavaria, to be precise from round about Nuremberg. But don't hold back with all the stereotypical jokes, I'm all in for that.
In November I'd like to start working on my bachelor thesis but knowing myself I won't be starting until December.

I'm open-minded, funny (I'll leave that open for debate) and empathetic. At least that's what friends told me. But you'll be able to decide once we met for a flat-tour.

Besides film I also study media technology so if your HiFi-system broke let me just have a quick look, maybe I can fix it.

Since I'm working 40h a week due to my internship I don't have that much time or energy left zu create new hobbies or to commit to more time consuming ones. That's why I ususally simply met with friends, rode the bicycle (not for long since I'm not sporty) or read a book in some of this city's beautiful parks (not so many since I'm a slow reader).
But I hope things will change when my internship is over in November. At least that's the plan.

If a tidy appartment is really important to you so it is for me. I'm very versatile in the aspect of living together and sharing the same standards in cleaning the flat. So if you prefer to just clean up from time to time it's okay for me as well.
I'm more of a quiet flatmate since I don't listen to much music at home or don't host parties even though I love partying. All the home parties usually just take place at my friend's appartments. But if you're into hosting parties in our flat I'm all in for that as well! As I said, I'm pretty versatile.
I also don't have a problem with pets. Quite the opposite. I love animals, especially cats. I'm currently not planning to get one myself but I could take care of yours if you have a pet or if you'd like to get one.

I love to cook, mainly vegan, but I'm normally too exhausted to prepare a 5-star meal after work. But that'll change as well for sure after my internship and you're invited to eat along if you want to.

If you want to do stuff together count me in, we could go out or watch some movies. But if you need some time alone just tell me, I'll give you space. Just openly communicate your needs.

Since I slowly run out of ideas what to write about me anymore I would suppose we meet up in person or via Zoom to chat a little.
