Choreographin/Regisseurin sucht 1-2 Zimmer Wohnung oder 2er WG

Hallo liebe Community,

mein Name ist Hannah, ich bin 27 und ich bin Choreographin/Regisseurin.
Vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr habe ich mein Studium abgeschlossen wohne seither aber noch in meiner lieben WG in Moabit, die ich sehr gerne habe. Dennoch drängt es sich mir mehr und mehr auf, passend zum neuen Lebensabschnitt eine eigene Wohnung zu finden. Jetzt kam noch dazu, dass unsere Wohnung verkauft werden soll und wir deshalb eh alle ausziehen müssen .. Deshalb dachte ich mir, ich schreibe euch einfach mal, vielleicht wisst ihr ja von etwas.
Ich kann es mir gut vorstellen, im Moabit zu bleiben, bin aber auch offen für andere Bezirke, am liebsten Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg oder Moabit.
Wenn ich meine Traumwohnung beschreiben müsste, wäre es eine Altbau Wohnung mit Charme, hohen Decken, Dielenboden, Hell, mit Balkon, Einbauküche, Dachgeschoss. Natürlich sind das Traumvostellungen und bin auch da offen für Kompromisse, das wichtigste ist, dass es passt!
Ein alter Mietvertrag wäre vorzüglich, um der Preisexplosion der Berliner Wohnungen etwa entgegen wirken zu können und zu einem humanen Preis wohnen zu können. Mein Idealbudget liegt bei 500€, maximal 700€ und bei allem, was drüber liegt, würde ich mir überlegen, die Wohnung mit jemandem zu teilen. In diesem Sinne bin ich auch offen, in eine bereits bestehende WG einzuziehen, jedoch maximal 2er WG.
Umzug jederzeit möglich.

Hello dear community,

my name is Hannah, I'm 27 and I'm a choreographer/director.
I graduated a little over a year ago, and since then I've still been living in my lovely shared flat in Moabit, which I really like.
Nevertheless, I feel more and more compelled to find my own apartment to match the new phase of my life. Next to that we just to to know that our flat will be sold and we all have to move out soon anyway .. So I thought I'd just write to you, maybe you know of something.
I can well imagine staying in Moabit, but I'm also open to other districts, preferably Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg or Moabit.
If I had to describe my dream apartment, it would be an apartment in an Altbau with charm, high ceilings, wooden floor, light, with a balcony, kitchen, top floor. Of course, these are dream ideas and I am open to compromises, the most important thing is that it fits!
An old rental contract would be excellent to counter the price explosion of Berlin apartments a little bit and to be able to live at a humane price. My ideal budget is €500, maximum €700 and for anything above that, I would consider sharing the apartment with somebody. In that sense I am open to also move into an already existing WG, but maximum a 2 people flat.
