I’m looking for a rent in Berlin from 09.11.16. Initially, I would like something temporary for a few months in a shared flat. If it works out, might be long term. I would like to get to know with the flatmates, as I'll be new in the city I'm looking for friendly and open people to live together. I’m starting my PhD in Berlin, so I’ll have a steady income but as I’m not from Germany, I don’t have a Schufa (solicitar ahora) record. I'm a Hungarian coming form Romania. A few years ago I lived for a year in Spain in a shared flat, which was one of the best experiences until now. I would prefer to stay in Charlotternburg, Tempelhof, Shoneberg or Neukolln, but I don’t really know city so other places are also good. My budget is around 400Euros.
