International Student searching for Flatshare with chill roommates

Hey guys, I'm a business student studying in Berlin for the next couple of years and I'm looking for a WG with good flatmates who are sociable and fun to hang out with. I've lived in 4 countries (India, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand) and speak 9 languages (not fluently but I can hold a conversation ^_^) so i'll be an interesting and fun addition to your flat. I'm looking for a room with rent up to 400 Euros (Warmmiete) and ideally around Neukolln-Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain although Mitte, Treptow, etc would also be okay. The room should be at least partly furnished and if you have a balcony in the apartment that would be ideal. I'm looking to move in by the 16th of November and want to stay for about two years (although 3-4 months is the minimum since this is an emergency!). The most important thing, however, are my flatmates, I'm not looking to barricade myself in my room 24x7 and would prefer flatmates who I can chill/hang out with and speak at least basic English.
