Hello, I am leaving my privileged place on 24th September. Therefore, it will be free by very next day to move in. Me and my roommate share 1 of the room of 3 rooms' apartment with Anmeldung (Residence registration). We have 2 tier bed, 1 table, 1 cupboard in room. The room is quite small, however other general facilities outplay it. The apartment has all essential appliances: WiFi, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Heaters, Oven, Toaster. Common toilet and bath area for all flatmates. Supermarkets are in vicinity with one of them is few stairs down on ground floor. Zoologischer garten is just 7 minutes away by bus. S-bahn and U-bahn services are also nearby for travel convenience. It could be ideal location for students of TU & SRH. The rental fees are 72 Euros for mentioned 6 days of stay.
