26 yr. old student of musicology looking for a room in Berlin!

Hallo :)

My name is Federico Corazzini, although everyone calls me Freddy. I am 26 yr. old Italian-American student majoring in sound engineering/musicology who will be moving to Berlin in Sept. 2020. Unfortunately I do not speak a proficient level of German for now, however, I am fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English (natal language). I will attend 'Dbs Music Berlin', where I plan to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in approx. 3 years. For now, I am looking for a room to rent throughout the duration of the 2020/2021 school year and I must say, this room looks great!

If all goes well, I plan to drive to Berlin from San Sebastian, Spain (where I currently live) during the last week of July, timing it just right for arrival on the 1st week of August. I own a 2nd Gen. Honda CR-V, which I truly love and would be willing to use for any recreational trips or practical situations with a roommate.

I am very respectful and I do not wish to overstep into anyone's healthy living environment. I am also very clean and overall a guy with healthy habits (don't smoke, don't drink excessive amounts of alcohol... etc) Most of my time will be spent at school or practicing (with headphones! I am super respectful about noise) I am a jazz pianist/multi-instrumentalist. I enjoy socializing at home and every roommate I've had for longer than 3-4 months has become a close friend. I have not always been a student so I am very respectful of people's work routines. I am serious about cleaning and about home maintenance. I have lived with roommates since I was 18.

As far as hobbies go, I am very into skateboarding. I try to ride my bike everywhere and I love the outdoors. Hikes, camping, swimming, climbing... anything. I like to read during my free time and I adore listening to music, specially classical. I have worked as a cook in San Sebastian for 3 years, so if you wanna cook good stuff... I'm your man.

As far as availability for viewings, I'm afraid I can't risk arriving in Berlin without a secure place. I would not want to risk being stranded during my arrival, specially with any hypothetical CoVid situation. However I have been in Berlin before and one of my best friends is actually from there, he would be more than willing to visit on my behalf. Another alternative could be a Skype/video chat meeting? I am more than willing to make this work by in any way possible.
