Looking for a big sunny room to rent long term

Hey there!
I’m Bernard, a 33-year-old illustrator, political cartoonist and graphic designer, currently looking for a big sunny room to rent long term – with Anmeldung.

I’m very easy going, and calm, clean as a whistle (especially toilet and kitchen), very considerate to other people’s comfort and privacy, and I’m looking for flatmates who share the same qualities 🙂

I speak English, French and Arabic fluently, and my German level so far is B1. I’m well organized, with a good taste in furnishing and making places warm, friendly and cozy (you can check in the ad pictures from my previous apartment for reference), I occasionally cook, I don’t eat meat and I don’t smoke, but I don’t mind at all if others do.

I enjoy a good sense of humor 24/7, I’m good company, a good talker and an even better listener. I mostly work from home, I’m quiet when I work and I put low volume music or headphones while at it. My work requires concentration and long hours behind my desk, however all sorts of sounds and movements around are always welcome, as they make me and my computer feel less lonely!

It’s not totally necessary, but it would be ideal (and really awesome) if my flatmates are fine with me having a piano in my room. It’s a hobby and my playing times can be easily negotiated according to my flatmate’s comfort 😊
