Calm and Down to Earth Artist (looking for like minded WG)

Hi I am American coming to Berlin soon and looking for a homey place to land !
I don't smoke, don't drink, but really just care that it's a non smoking WG :) The rest is up to you of course !
My work is based on creative (visual art and graphic design) projects as well as movement therapy I also do.
My interests include photography, music, visual art, design, philosophy, psychology, alternative medicine, poetry, world cultures, dancing, meditation, languages, and learning about new things in general I love :)
I am pretty calm / introvert, but like to be around people with genuine connections. I like open and non violent communication.
Plants and animals are awesome if you have any I will gladly help care for them.
My favorite thing to do is connect with nature but I also love books and taking care of day to day business. Cleaning is good as long as everyone makes a collective effort.
I'm looking for a WG that is relaxed where everyone has their own personal space, enough room for quiet time but also the chance to have some music ( with respect to the circumstances ) Also casually together and having a nice time :)
Im also EMF sensitive, so don't do well with too much electronics in the house.
My budget is around 300 - 400
